Gory Dreadful Candle Co. LLC is not responsible for accidents due to misuse, altering, tampering or unsafe usage practices.

Sizing & Specifications
Our artisanal products are hand-crafted in small batches and slight aesthetic variations can occur such as coloring, shape, embellishments and packaging.
Scent formulations, quality, core ingredients, IFRA guideline adherence and product testing remain consistent with each batch.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders usually process and ship within 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout for an additional cost.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive intact.
Please note we only ship M-Th to avoid hot weather/extreme cold weather damage to waxes during transit.
Tracking information will be sent via email during order processing.
We are not responsible for any delays once the package is in transit with the U.S. Postal Service.

We fully stand behind our products. We will accept returns and exchanges for any reason, for most products, other than sale, clearance, custom and seasonal items.
