Shipping policy

All items are wrapped carefully and shipped with USPS ground tracking usually within 1-3 business days of payment clearance. 

We sometimes offer free shipping specials and/or discount codes within the United States, in which we provide complimentary USPS ground shipping. We are unable to provide free expedited or global shipping.

We generally ship Mon-Thur only to avoid candles melting or freezing during prolonged transit or postal storage. 

Please note that we can not control the speed of delivery once the package reaches the postal service, but we will provide you with tracking information upon shipment. If a package becomes lost or stolen, please reach out to us immediately, so that we can coordinate along with you and the proper authorities in obtaining a postal claim or police report for insurance and reimbursement purposes.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have not received a tracking number via email  after 72 hours of ordering.
